Tennessee Valley

The Continuum of Care (CoC)

Program is designed to promote community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness; provide funding for efforts by nonprofit providers, and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness; promote access to and effect utilization of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families, and optimize self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

The TN Valley Continuum of Care is comprised of advocates, health care, mental health, substance abuse, homeless providers, food pantries, affordable housing developers, legal, disability advocates, LGBTQ advocates, youth, veterans, families, police, and so many more.

If you are interested in making an impact in ending homelessness, please join us at our monthly meetings! We meet on the first Tuesday of every month from 10 am – 11:30 am via a zoom call. Fill out an application to join!

"Being a part of TVCoC gives you the tools to help break down the barriers we face as providers every day. We're able to lean on each other to create solutions to issues in our communities."
